I'm tempted to write a book honestly

I want it to be about a shady plastic surgery clinic that is using trafficked body parts or like the blood of children to keep the patients looking forever young but slowly over time these patients descend into madness if they cannot pay to maintain their surgery. Once they fully go crazy they reek havok on the town like vampires trying to take the youth away from the youngest in town. Whenever someone suspects the plastic surgery clinic of wrongdoing they suddenly leave town in the middle of the night and set up elsewhere like nothing happened.

A small taskforce of conspiracy theroists in the various towns work together to take them down and the only way to stop the crazy customers who couldn't pay from hurting others is to find their before photo and it makes them turn to dust.

Idk just an idea I've been thinking about
