@Tracos yes and no. I think it is possible achieve all goal , ordinal people can become a genius and age it is not factor of intelligence.

The young intellectual amazed every living person. For the time being, the orphanage has managed to maintain its reputation as the most prestigious orphanage even with its oddities; the marginal lifestyle and strict rules inside the luxury home might have aroused suspicion and forced the government to close the house, but everyone was fine with this house. Or maybe he did not suit someone, but the person chose not to interfere in this matter. At first glance, the house is luxurious and simple. Created from quality materials, but not from the most expensive, the furniture is familiar to people and the decorations are not made of precious stones. Portraits of children hang everywhere - photographs and paintings by artists. Inside the building there is a hall intended for children's recreation and waiting guests - the future parents of the child, close friends of the creator-owner of the orphanage. There is a training hall for children in the premises with the aim of teaching them intellectual skills.There are one hundred children's rooms, each of them has one place for a child. On the highest floor of the premises there is a large luxurious room containing a work table and a large comfortable bed designed to protect the sleep of the owner of the shelter. No one is allowed to enter his room without permission, but most often those who wish to enter here have received a ban. Do not forget about the stairs in this house, they replaced the elevator, which was never built in the building due to the reluctance of the director. He liked the old, new technologies caused him disdain. To complete the description of the shelter is with a library that stores many books on various topics. Of course, it should be noted that sleeping in this house with children is the privilege of the director, other employees had to sleep in their homes. Some were worried about the man's lifestyle, for some he was a pedophile, but the opinions of these people are erroneous. In order to create ideal adults, the man developed an educational program focused on constant learning, the program forced the children to constantly improve intellectually. Intelligence can be represented by a large circle in which the sea is located. The average IQ is half the sea. But since people judge by age, the average level of an adult will be sufficient for half the sea. But for children, the norm will be slightly lower than half the filled circle. If the child achieves half the circle, he will be diagnosed with a child with increased intellectual development, ahead of his age. All these disputes around the question of who is smarter than a child or an adult are still relevant, but the director understood that determination itself is called a factor, in other words, a barrier that cannot be removed and that people can never destroy. However, the man noticed things that are difficult to explain: children could learn the same skills that adults learned, but under the condition that the child had an interest in the sphere. They learned no more slowly than adults. A child differed from an adult only by a smaller amount of knowledge, the very process of thinking and comprehension of knowledge is the same. @Tracos it is philosophic book with element reality. I think if you like and you work hard you will become a genius. But this like need be youy ultime, inconditionnal love, your ultime real goal. It is not jyste I like this temporally. No. Liked temporally it is not factor potential.
