Well thank u @GuyGoodmen . What I did wasn't anything hard. I just baked chicken breasts & shrimp in water. Then with the broth from it made my rice & add corn with a few other seasonings.

Yeah I cheated & used a bag of already made shrimp from the frozen section 😂 @Diyanne
