You probably wrote the story a year ago, but if you haven't, or if you're open to editing old stories, I offer a suggestion. Use the Latin or don't, but faux-Latin takes away from the other good writing in a story. "Penis" is a third-declension noun, so the plural of micropenis, as you have used it in the sentence, would be "micropenes," not micropenii.

The tiny details matter, and you want the story to ring true to the shockingly under-endowed who may read it.
