I Am Tumbleweed

Free to go, free to stay
so when the wind blows, I'll tumble away.

I don't mind the rain, it washes me clean
and I'll just keep tumbling to places I've not seen.

I am restless and hard to hold. My feelings have faded and my heart has been sold.

So if you see me, let me be...let me tumble... leave me free.

Smile at me and tell me goodbye. Wish me well with a tear in your eye.

Maybe I'll be back someday. But only if the winds blow me your way.

Ohh, so that's why the name Tumbleweed. Adventures and resilience. Capable of finding joy and thriving. Wherever it lands, it can grow.
I think it suits you :) There is an empowered woman that fills the shoes of that name.

@Tumbleweed I think if each of us gets to see what we're made of in the eyes of another, it would be empowering. The sad truth is that each of us are our own selves' worst critique sometimes.

I have always been curious why the name Tumbleweed. Now I get it. :)
