Do you have someone you can reach out to for help? I can relate but it's important to reach out and remember that it won't always be like this. Hang in there and don't be ashamed to ask for help. You are worth it

@SW-User thanks and yes. I go to a crisis centre occasionally. Too late to go tonight but if I still feel this way tomorrow I'll go there. Thanks again.
