Feel for you, had crazy day/nights like that working a scrambled graveyard/swing shift and going to school. too often had 'sleep' on my list of things to do today. You're still pretty young, but take time to rest, if not sleep, and remember, your body WILL get the rest it needs, so have the cell phone, alarm clock whatever set when you do get to lay down. Also, do not have anything in your bed room! Don't listen to radio, read, TV etc.. Bed is only for sleep (and intimate time). If you have trouble getting to sleep when you get to lay down, just get up, read or watch TV whatever in another room till you are tired again. Trust me, it does make a small, but important difference.
