April 16th writing prompt, what you owe.

You owe, or have earn for the life you’ve been given by our creator (not getting drawn into a theological debate). And what character was given to you by those who raised you, I’ll say parents for brevity, understanding that some are not raised by natural parent(s).
I came up with the thought below from paraphrasing Luke, not looking up the chapter/verse and ***spoiler alert*** the dying Captain’s words to Private Ryan, “Earn this!”


You owe it to your creator and parents to do good, without expectations of anything in return. Earn all you have been given.
