The earth pauses
half in shadow,
half in light,
as if holding its breath
between what has been
and what is yet to come.

Leaves loosen their hold,
amber and gold
drifting toward the soil,
whispering of release,
of the beauty in surrender.

In this balance lies
a rare opportunity:
to gather what nourishes,
to lay down what no longer serves,
to step forward
unburdened, reborn.

In love,
the heart opens
like late fruit,
sweetened by time,
ripe for the hand that dares to reach.

In work,
the fields wait to be cleared,
and every ending
is already a beginning.

In life,
the horizon bends toward promise,
calling you into the luminous unknown.

Seize it gently,
hold it fiercely,
for the rare opportunity
to begin again
is the most sacred gift
the turning seasons offer.
