Yet We Love

We smile. We fall. We break and still we love.
We set our hearts on fire for those who will eventually walk away. And still we love.
We hold on with all the strength we have to those who always let go. We cry. We burn to the ground. And still we love.
The fire burns out. The clouds turn black. Smiles fade and tears fall as we cut ourselves on pieces of broken trust. And still, with barely beating hearts, we love.
