@WhisperinAngelic101 I understand the upset part of calling the kid a slug. I just meant how open kids are when you look into there eyes you see the whole them, but as we age we seem to lose that and we cast our eyes downward are we try in other ways to change the person who is looking their eyes.
Like a slug doesn't have a shell to hide in it doesn't even know of hiding.
This was about me babysitting my nephews and nieces. And to see them grow up and get hear some of the things they've done or have said I know that's not the real them and that they are just trying to find themselves, but I already know who they are I've looked into their eyes as baby's and I've seen them.
It was written to be wholesome there wasn't supposed to be anything creepy about it.
