Walking down the street the other day
Observing all I could see
I saw a face I thought I knew
But a stranger he was to me

He saw my glance and stopped awhile
And asked who I might be
I said my name, a smile then came
"I knew you looked familiar to me"

He said we met many years ago
A party held by a friend
We had talked all night while music played
We danced and danced again

'You're just as cute as I recall"
My face now a blushing scene
It's funny how a simple walk
Will make your day serene
