Writers, how does your outline look like?

I write novels, poetry, and short stories and I’m more of a pantser than a plotter. But I’ve realized that having outlines helps me to execute the story better. To writers here, how does your outline look like and what app/platform do you use for making your outlines?

When i was writing more i tended to ise whatever was on hand, phone notes app, small notebook. Etc. All my writing tended to come from a seed of some kind, songs were a line, sentiment or hook.
Poems were generally the end line and id work backwards, stories were more oftan than not similar by knowing how it'd end and the writing process was like a flashback....though ive also used dice to pick a narrative direction (stolen from DnD) 6 options and roll, let fate decide the direction. Though those tend to be more writing exercise type things....yet they've led to their own seeds
