dead motivation

I have this story idea that I have been writing for a year at this point, I have the plot written and started to written some chapters. I wish I was able to stay focused for long periods of time. I mean it's fun to do, not a career path.

So I suppose I'll ask how to keep focusing on writing? :D

Focus? I don't know.
Did you just sit down and start writing? I have stories to write too but I feel I have to plan them first by drawing a flow chart or maybe a Gannt chart of the threads of the story to bring together so that it all makes sense.
