The Moon's Touch

Enticing light in the sky shines down on me and I can picture you
The night has fallen for both of us and the moon shines bright
Even a world apart at this time we are under the same light

Just the sight leaves me breathless as I imagine where you could be
Do I ever come back to your thoughts like you always do with mine
Feeling energized by the thought if it could be true

Life seems to move in the blink of an eye at times
But when I think of you. there is always something that brings me home
The Moon's Touch is there for us both like a healing blessing from above
