it is like being stuck in a loop
Again and again, I try to be strong
And I am broken down
Powerless against the abuse

That circle is broken for a short time
Light breaking through the darkness
Joy coming once again
But the good lasts only so long

The loop begins once more
And the happiness is sucked away
As if some creature had returned
And drained it all away once again
