Belonging

I want to be in a place where I feel safe
I want to be in a place I know I can be myself
I want to be in a place that gives back what I give to it

A place where I can wake up in the morning
A place I can roll over and just have to reach out
A place where my arms can find the comfort of another

Somewhere that even with the way life works I can find that comfort
Somewhere that even at my worst I am loved and cared for
Somewhere that I can give the same back to someone I love
