Endless Love

He could feel the wind against his back as he sat in the arched shape of the window of the tower he had climbed for so long to reach the top of, across from him he could see her laying in the middle of the four-poster bed.

Her skin was pale from where it was bathed in the moonlight that shone through another window that was placed directly in front of where her bed was placed in the room, he could see the sharp red colour of whatever she had placed across her lips

The slow rising and falling of her chest showed the deep slumber that she was in, his eyes watching above her breasts and the uncovered skin of her upper chest and neck that shone even more so in the moonlight.

He had lost count of the number of times he had done this now, how many times had he climbed the walls to this tower, the way inside long since blocked to him, his beloved parents banishing him from this place, from this land and from what should have been his birthright.

Once more he pondered the thought of awakening her from that slumber, but how would she react? at one time they had been so close, but how long ago was that and how had her father poisoned her mind, since then?

No, he would sit here once more, gaze longingly at her and keep coming back until a time that maybe she awoke or perhaps something would change and would be allowed to come back and maybe be forgiven for the crimes that placed him where he was now.

His love for her was forever and no words of anyone could make him forget what he felt for her, he could only live in hope that one day, she could return these feelings for him and then they would be together.
