The sparkling stone that glitters so bright
So many colours that add to the delight
The Birthstone of the month is September

One such quality of this gem's beauty
Sought after like a mystical prize by so many
To be held and owned like a treasured possession

All within the beauty it does not compare
The calling of other things so greater desired
in the distance, the future calls and no such stones precious or not could compare

My heart knows of other matters and that is what I seek
