book writing

finally decided to continue with the book writing but I had to restart cause change of genders for the main character, will slowly be adding over time. will show what I've done so far but don't expect much

Finn is next to the longhouse in the fields tending to the animals spreading the gruel. the rain lightly drizzles around her, causing the mud to soften up. Finn leans against a fence watching the chickens peck at the ground looking for food, when will da come back…. Out loud “hope he get’s something good.” Shaking her head she gets off, stretching, once finished with the animals she would go to her secret training area, still close enough to hear when Thain gets back. Finn faces the scarred tree from abuse she uses for practice, she takes out the throwing knifes from her …. pouch. She readies herself, throwing it a ‘thwack’ is heard as the knife hits the tree,



Finn suddenly hears “Finn!” snapping her out of concentration, out of …. she quickly hides the knifes near the tree, starts rushing towards the longhouse. as she gets closer, “Finn!” Thain calls again, “I’m here!” she replies as she gets to him, before he could say anything she asks “did you manage to get anything?” Thain sighs “aye, but I only manged to get some rabbits, the animals are scarce for some reason.” Thain hands the rabbits to Finn
