Shirtless at smoothie and yoghurt shops

It seems that smoothie and yoghurt shops don’t really care about shirtlessness. I walked into Jamba Juice shirtless twice and got service with no problem. Also shirtless at a boba shop and no problem. Was playing basketball with a buddy and I got hit so took my shirt off then we went to an ice cream shop while I was still shirtless and again no problem.
Anyone else experienced this before?
