Anyone ever shirtless around friends at social events? If so, what has the context been? Have you initiated or just follwed? If initiated, do you give a heard up or ask? Or do you just send it? And does anyone care?

I visited a fishing village where I walked around shirtless bec practically every guy who lived there was shirtless. I got some curious looks and even comments like "nice" and "hey man". The domino effect is real whether it's friends or strangers.
