Sleeping Shirtless 😊😊

This is something that I was told was the easiest to do. I have chatted to people about it and even seen it for myself.

In most cases sleeping shirtless is the norm. Nothing to it, jus shirt off and in bed. Older men, younger guys and in some cases little boys.
This is something that seems so easy to do but from my experience in my household, I would say not most straight forward to do.

Especially Indian Mothers, they would sometimes say use something so u don't get sick.
But in other households it be an absolutely normal thing.

I would love to know from those that sleep shirtless:

How was the first time done.
Did parents know or were they jus ok with it
Or did they give permission.

I would have loved if my dad told me to take my shirt off if I wanted since I was shy

I ask cos I would love to know different living conditions in different environments.
