I love this shirtless situation.

I wish my dad was strict and said take your shirt off and get used to it or kept motivating me to do so. Even if he physically removed my shirt and said stay like that

I like how the old guy looks at the younger guy as if he's telling him, keep your shirt off.
Probably teaching him to overcome his consciousness

Comes across as the tough coaching.
Something like this would have really helped me big time

This was very much my situation in realty. I was reluctant to take off my shirt in presence of others in early years. My dad almost used to enforce me to take off my shirt. Though never actually physically removed my shirt. He always used to say to let my skin breathe and how morning light and air on bare skin is beneficial for general health. He was shirtless at home most of the time. It was like a rule to be always shirtless at home.
