I pretty much go shirtless (or even less) most of the time at home, so unless the heater isn't working well, its the same in winter.
Sometimes I like the challenge of braving the cold that way if I have to go outside to get something from my car or get the mail or take the garbage cans to the street.

You mean to toughen up yourself? I don't have central heating, only an open fire and two stoves – bare feet would probably be ok on occasion, but a naked torso is a big no-no here.
