I Like to Go Shirtless

Hi guys. Body wise im a bit fat with a pot belly. I have seen other guys much larger than me to be comfortable without a shirt. So this now has become something I want to overcome. I wish I had abs. I read somewhere to sleep without one but for some reason I cant
