is it a bad idea to have your evening meal later on in the night
in recent times, i've been waking up late, around after 12 noon, then i'll usually have a big bowl of cornflakes or rice krispies, porridge etc.....then very late in the afternoon say about 4:30 pm, i'll make a late lunch, two sandwiches with some cooked meats on, with english mustard or mayonnaise and pepper.....then later on at night, like now which is 9:34pm i'll set about making my main meal which will be baked battered haddock, with some type of frozen veg.
is this a bad habit or, what do you think?
