Do you find that whenever you’re doing well

Someone you know in your family or circle of friends isn’t?
Conversely, when you’re feeling low or down in the dumps, someone close to you is riding a high?
It’s as if there is some universal cosmic balancing with the amount of joy and sadness in the world.

I don’t really have that, but I notice a balance in life in general. I rarely have good without a cost or ill without a silver lining of some kind. To be fair, my circle is exceedingly small and I rarely speak with most of it.

@Ghostinthemachine It was never a large one to begin with and has shrunk with time and distance.

@Ghostinthemachine No, the only new faces in the circle have been the rotation of the daughters’ friends and such. I never put any effort into it. 🤷‍♀️
@JustNik Funny how are kids become responsible for our new circle of friends later in life, as our original circle friends shrinks as they find it’s her people to spend time with
