Do you eat much...or do you have long times between eating?

I've been there years ago .
When you don't eat much, the body responds.
Like...if vegetarians try to start eating meat again...it can make tjem very sick , as the body has stopped producing tje enzymes needed to break down meat .
There's a good chance your digestive bacteria could be low .
The secret...be kind to your stomach .
Pro-biotics .
Or....start your eating off with yoghurt .
Its soft , easy to digest, and has probiotics in it .
Its the best starter food for your stomach
I used to be bulimic and fast for ages.
I had similar issues.
But my brother understood bio chemistry and gave me this suggestion, and I've never looked back .
If you can ever afford it ...get a bottle of probiotics to keep in the fridge ...
Just in case.
Even today ...I don't eat a lot of meat ...and if I do ...I take a probiotic to help me digest it, otherwise it can sit in my stomach and make me feel ill.
I really think this will help you .
Plus ...you can have just a few spoonfuls at a time .
Yoy don't have to eat the whole serving of yoghurt at once ....so it's a good type of snack food.

@Manabell even after illness, this is a good way to start eating again .
Especially after antibiotics. Tjey are known for lowering ones natural stomach bacteria.
