@Manabell I wake up with headaches a lot too. My sinuses swell when I am laying down. Sometimes just getting up in the middle of the night and walking around helps.

@Manabell I think you need to call a friend or the pharmacy and get them to deliver some Otc painkillers (advil or ibuprofen maybe), cold/flu syrup, plus a thermometer.
