I Love Afternoon Naps

I like to play “ nap roulette”. I take a nap without setting an alarm. Will it be 30 minutes or 6 hours?

The past 2 afternoons I have fallen asleep and slept for about two hours. The problem is that when I go to be I can't go to sleep no matter what I try.
