Should I even be on the road if I can't seem to think clearly?

A short 2 minute drive to the doctor office became a 10 minute adventure because I kept messing up. Everytime I tried to renavigate I would mess up. My mind just won't focus and I just seem to be wandering aimlessly. I ended up having to drive home to restart and try again.
