I enjoy pushing my boundaries and trying something new once in a while. It allows me to work on my confidence and to find new, fun activities to try. 🧗🏼‍♀️

Just get out there before them and say what needs to be said! I was like that, but in my profession (firefighter) which I believed in passionately, I went before groups and laid into them (kindly, but informative) and on more than one occasion, received a standing ovation. You dear, can do it too!@zoech

OK, it doesn't come in an instant, but if you are familiar with the topic or field, bone up on it, because for the most part, your audience is looking to be educated. Are you in an environment where public speaking is often required?@zoech

OK, be familiar with them, and give the speech based on what you've learned. I think you can do it. We PM'd a bit and I believe you're strong enough to go out and give a speech. Don't short change yourself.@zoech
