I'm starting to exercise again, after a long sedentary lifestyle..
Today I went for two separate walks, once in the morning I walked to town to go to the bank... And now I just got home from a walk around the neighborhood.. What surprised me was my strong desire to go for the second walk... And I'm not going to say no to my body when it want's to move!!! So I went for a second walk today! I also lifted weights twice today... My goal is to lift 3 lb weights in each hand and do 3 sets of 20 or 40 reps 2-3 times a day... And increase the weights from 3 lbs to 5 lbs withing 6 weeks... I am also eating cleaner!!! Today I walked passed the dorrito's chips and the chocolate bars, and went home and made myself some egg's instead, to get in my protein! My garden outside is flourishing with goodies, I'm eating raw peas, tomatoes, green peppers, lettuce, cucumbers! Raspberries, blueberries etc... And there's still other things like watermelon, pumpkins, and carrots and potatoes to come! Next year I will try to catch the asparagus in the spring before it goes into seed...Anyway's I'm a happy camper... I am also trying to not eat white bread, pasta, and sugar...I am not putting crackers in my soup, I am not eating toast with my egg's it's actually enjoyable watching what I put into my body putting thought into everything... I am also Watching what I drink also, drinking skinny tea, detox tea, lemmon water, and coffee with steivia as a treat.. These things I can do...Here is to hoping that I fit into my Christmas dress in December that I already bought one size too small!! Here's to hopping I might have to buy an even smaller size ha ha!
