Do you use coasters?

Do you have any coasters and actually use them? Or are they somewhere in a cupboard unused? Are there too many coasters everywhere?
Did you notice that any type of craft is applied for making coasters? Oftentimes very very kitsch.

I use them constantly. I have to because of handmade tables that my dad made.
