Ok... so my opinion was asked at work today.. bit of a tricky subject..

Two of our younger females were talking. One had a new boyfriend and he wanted her to buy new "sexy underwear " as the items were either brought by her ex for her or by her for him. Her "casual everyday" items she could keep as they meant "nothing" to anybody.... i was asked my thoughts... probably just to embarrass me... but what are your thoughts? Are there any "rules" or guidelines?.. just curious..

Rule 1: Don’t discuss anything remotely sexual with young women at work.

@Harmonium1923 I agree
Why's she telling where the underwear came from? Why's he asking?

Don't ask, don't tell everybody is happier

what a loser. if he requested she get rid of them without replacing them for her at least.

I don’t think there are any guidelines. Just don’t respond with a stupid old person comment along the lines of “ but he shouldn’t buy you sexy underwear unless you are married”
Because a comment like that will kill the conversation and make you look out of touch.

Girls buy sexy lingerie all the time.
