Thermal curtains

I just found out about these today... they apparently have a special lining and are made of heavier materials to keep cold out. My windows are really draughty so I'm thinking of getting a pair. Does anyone else have these, are they any good? Do they make a difference in keeping the room warm?

Yes i have them,i dont know if they work or not because i bought them specifically like that before I moved in ,but i think they do? Haha
