How do you cope with blood tests?

I had to go for blood tests this morning and didn’t have my normal nurse either, she knows I hate them and is really good with me but I manage to not pass out lol 😂

I just look the other way. As a kid it took multiple people to hold me down for it. Once I heard a nurse say the blood was going back and forth. I must be an alien 👽 or something 😆
