How do you cope with blood tests?

I had to go for blood tests this morning and didn’t have my normal nurse either, she knows I hate them and is really good with me but I manage to not pass out lol 😂

For months I got them every other week. I'm still not a fan of needles but I don't feel like imma pass out anymore... probably because they take the blood from my chest where I can't see anything.
