How do you cope with blood tests?

I had to go for blood tests this morning and didn’t have my normal nurse either, she knows I hate them and is really good with me but I manage to not pass out lol 😂

I've just had so many of them at this point that it's routine. 😅 For a while, I was getting stuck three times a week.
