I eat a healthy diet mostly but it’s other stuff I put into my body that’s damaging, cocaine, alcohol, weed, tobacco, and other drugs I’ve done in the past. So I guess it’s more bad than good lol.

I don’t usually eat breakfast. I don’t think it’s necessary unless I’m hungry. I live a really healthy lifestyle. I would like to get more sleep though

Yup. Working 12-14 hours as work from home. Diet and physical activity suffered. We'll both get back on track though!!

Its been bad again recently but I'm sorting it out. Back in the gym today and no more dangerous drugs.
