Landlords be like "yes you can take a look. oh and also, we'll have an interview and take your pic" yeah, no thanks

@JaggedLittlePill We think so too. They were talking actually about it there, like how people in America have to show up with recommendations from previous landlords, records about their paycheck and whatnot to prove they are good enough (like, what kind of tenants they are, can they afford the apartment etc.)
I can't say whether it's a thing or not but it just sounds ridiculous. We did have talks with different people but this really looked like an interview
