How do you think I could fix my posture?

When I'm walking, standing, lying or sitting I tense my neck and shoulders because my body is always in fight or flight. I don't know I'm doing it most of the time, but I would like to stop because my back hurts now.

I don't think it's about fixing your posture, I think it's about lowering your stress levels so you won't be tense ❤️

@Manfredthemanic Well, you could try something like yoga? I've heard that can be relaxing and help you focus on what your body is telling you? Maybe someone on here who has done yoga may know.
