What would you choose to do if you knew if it was your last day on earth, and money wasn’t an issue?

Meditate.

There is no point of saying, "His/her soul stays in peace with god", "Be peace upon him", etc.. unless they themselves wanted to stay in peace. What your was thinking at your last time, is likely what you will be hooked to after your death.
