What would you choose to do if you knew if it was your last day on earth, and money wasn’t an issue?

That’s tough. Immediate family first. Then after a few hours in the very early morning light is come find you and spend the early mid morning at a amusement park for a couple hours riding exhilarating rides.
Go for a simple but good lunch.
Then ask you what you would like to do?!
Must be flexible day and have a couple amazing meals. I’m naughty so need plenty of time for that.

@EndlessDaze sounds like a great day. Also sounds like we’re going to need a few more days so we can get to Spain and then have a day of unknown adventures.
