How do you stay motivated to exercise regularly?

I want to be the best I can possibly be. Physical strength and fitness are a part of that.

I motivate myself to workout by setting a goal. Visualising how I will look and feel when I achieve it.

Also, it's a great feeling when you start seeing the improvements. It motivate you to try even harder.
