Repetition is the start, get good rest and eat well. Your gym should be close to home or work.
Start with Monday, Wednesday and Friday and don’t waiver.
Within a months time I think you will find you are looking forward to your workouts.
You should change your workouts but not the muscle groups monthly for stimulation of mind and body.
