I am on day 3 of my latest attempt to quit smoking. Feeling agitated, like I can't sit still. Like there is something left to satisfy thats buggin me
I think I was breathing slightly better through the night though, I wasn't gasping for air upon waking, just groggy. I have SOME food on hand. I think if I head to the store like I had planned to today, it will be VERY difficult to resist buying another pack of smokes. Maybe I should just stay home today, and continue this detox.
