I grew up in a house much like this, on my parent’s farm just over 400 acres.
The House That Built Me
“I thought if I could touch this place or feel it
This brokenness inside me might start healing.
Out here it's like I'm someone else,
I thought that maybe I could find myself”

I didn't go to that extreme, but I moved from a rather large city to a small town. It's definitely not for me. For example, needing to travel at least 35 minutes each way for anything not walmart or mcdonalds is such a pain.

As a boy in a big city I can tell you the city has sights that rival

i doubt anyone gets to live like that in this day and age. There's a reason why people move to the big cities, and it's not for the view.
