Don't think about it. Many times, it isn't personal and doesn't mean you did something terrible.
I've blocked people I've never exchanged a word with when their conversation triggered my PTSD. I've noticed other people saying they block, simply because someone's conversation doesn't happen to interest them. You can't please all the people all of the time.
